Empowerment Strategies to Reduce Mass Incarceration


This presentation may be a half day or full day. The half-day session is broken down into two segments. The first hour and lunch or twenty-minute break. The second hour and a half consist of the remainder of the presentation and question and answers. The topics covered are self-esteem, parental respect, college-career readiness, anger management, money management, police youth communication, entrepreneurship, fatherlessness, and the achievement gap etc. A full day session may consist of the half day and two small group sessions. You can request a custom presentation to meet your organizational goals. For example, one hour and a half. The presentation may be offered in three different versions.

Empowering Boys into Manhood (Action, Attitude, Accountability)


This successful data-driven musical, informative, interactive, innovative workshop will examine education, with an emphasis on boys, especially young boys of color who are at the greatest risk for underachievement. The audience will taste a buffet of communication strategies, instructional strategies, character-building techniques, empowerment program implementation strategies and self-development techniques. Participants will leave with a full spectrum of strategies to empower young boys to achieve academic excellence. Participants will also learn cutting edge techniques to break the emotional chains of bondage hindering boys from being successful in the educational setting.

This informative thought-provoking workshop will share with parents various strategies to help develop the social, emotional, and academic levels of children. Parents will gain cutting-edge information that will help them understand the importance of self-esteem, discipline, homework, delegating punishment, family dynamics, and structure. Participants will leave with information that will assist them in cultivating academically and social conscious successful children.


Empowering School Counselors in the 21st Century


This musical, dazzling, dynamic workshop will share with counselors character building strategies for reaching the youth today. Innovative classroom guidance, individual and group counseling strategies using social media will enhance your counseling tool box. Music, rhythm, rhyme, and poetry are some of the many techniques participants will learn in this workshop. Participants will learn the importance of building relationships and rapport while at the same time learning how to break the emotional chains of bondage hindering students. Professional School Counselors will leave excited to meet the American School Counselor Association and Common Core Standards.


Be A Buddy Not A Bully


This engaging interactive workshop will share with students various strategies to make their school bully-free. The students will learn how music, rhyme, rhythm, cooperation, and communication can build a bully-free school. Participants will leave empowered, excited, with the motivation to change their school environment. This workshop times vary from one hour, two hours, or half day. The topics covered are in the video. We can customize a presentation to meet your organizational goals.


Overcoming Emotional Psychological Incarceration


This innovative dynamic presentation breaks down the impact of trauma on academic achievement. Participants will learn the definition of Emotional Psychological Incarceration and how to overcome incidents of trauma. Participants will learn the importance of making positive changes, releasing trauma and becoming model students. Participants will leave emotionally empowered and ready to face all academic, social, and emotional challenges.
